We have a dedicated team committed to keeping your information secure and identifying potential vulnerabilities. In addition to features such as two-factor authentication, disabling file encryption, and alerts when your account is accessed from a new device or app, we continuously work to safeguard your information. We also deploy automated technologies to detect misuse and content that could harm our services, you, or other users.
Once you register a VidEase Downloader account, we retain the information you store on our services for as long as your account remains active or as long as we are providing services to you. If you wish to delete your account, please send an email to videasedownloader@outlook.com to request deletion. We will complete the process within 30 days of receiving your request. However:
- We will not delete your account information until your identity has been verified;
- Deletion from our servers and backup systems may take some additional time;

We access your local media files only with your explicit permission and do not upload or store your photos, videos, or audio files unless you explicitly choose to share or upload them.
